"Greenhouse": FastTrac Training for Entrepreneurs

The Greenhouse program is designed to help entrepreneurs successfully start up and operate all types of new businesses. This exciting 20-week program includes lectures, guest speakers, discussion, peer networking and individual business counseling. Using award-winning business planning materials, you will create a business plan to take you through each phase of starting up, funding and managing a successful business venture.

Session topics include:

  • Management and legal structure
  • Marketing analysis, strategies, tactics
  • Understanding financial statements
  • Keeping better books and records
  • Financial planning and budgets
  • Developing and using cash flow projections
  • Financing, alternative sources of money
  • Negotiating in the "real world"
  • Managing growth

Group meetings are on Tuesday evenings. Individual counseling is by appointment.
